Personal data protection policy.

The co-administrators of your personal data are:

For what purpose and on what basis do we use your personal data?

 

We use the personal data obtained from you to:

 

 1. performance of our legal obligations (legal basis: Article 6 (1c) of the GDPR), e.g .:

      1.1. issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents,

      1.2. answering inquiries and maintaining ongoing contacts with customers.

We will use the data needed to fulfill legal obligations:

      1.2. for the duration of the duties, e.g. to issue an invoice

      1.4. for the period in which the regulations require us to store data, e.g. tax (legal basis: legal obligation),

or

      1.5. for the time when we can suffer the legal consequences of non-performance, e.g. receive a financial penalty from the offices state (legal basis: Article 6 (1f) of the GDPR).

 

Which data should you provide to us?

Providing personal data is voluntary and requires your consent, but in order to be able to properly perform the services, we must have at least your name, surname, address and tax identification number. For efficient communication, we also need   your telephone number and e-mail address. If you refuse to provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with services.

 

Who do we share your data with?

We entrust your personal data to the accounting office in order to fulfill our legal obligations. We have signed an agreement with the company  on entrusting personal data.

 

What are your rights?

You have the right to access and   correct your personal data, the right to transfer them, limit processing and withdraw consent to their processing, including their complete forgetting. The right to withdraw at any time   of the consent granted to the processing of personal data and their forgetting it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on its basis before its withdrawal.

If it is found that the data processing is inconsistent with your will - the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
